This privacy policy describes how Happ Plus: VPN for Android handles information when you use its VPN, connection tools, support and purchase flows.
Who to contact
The privacy and support contact for Happ Plus: VPN is testbatumyalcinn@gmail.com. Use this address to ask about access, correction, retention or deletion of information associated with the app.
VPN connection information
The app creates a random installation identifier and registers it with the VPN provisioning service. That service returns an installation token. The identifier and token are kept in the app’s private storage. When you connect, the app sends the token and your selected server address to obtain the WireGuard tunnel configuration. The private tunnel configuration is used in memory to establish your connection.
Your network traffic passes through the selected VPN server. WireGuard encrypts the connection between your device and that server; the VPN infrastructure necessarily processes connection traffic and can see network information such as source IP addresses and traffic destinations. HTTPS continues to protect supported website content beyond the VPN tunnel. This policy does not promise that VPN infrastructure keeps no logs.
App analytics, configuration and reliability
The app uses Google Firebase Analytics, Remote Config, Crashlytics and Cloud Messaging. These services process app installation identifiers, general device and operating-system information, app version, usage events, configuration requests, crash diagnostics and a push notification registration token, as applicable. Usage events describe screens and actions such as choosing a server or requesting a connection or purchase.
The app’s event code does not attach your browsing history, VPN private keys, tunnel configuration, installation token or purchase receipt to analytics events. Android Advertising ID collection and advertising personalization are disabled. The app does not currently include an analytics opt-out switch.
Google’s handling of service data is explained in Firebase privacy and security information and the Google Privacy Policy.
Optional connection tests
When you run the connection test, the app makes network requests to Cloudflare services, including 1.1.1.1 and speed.cloudflare.com, and uploads and downloads test data. These services receive the IP address used for the request and ordinary connection metadata. The test uses mobile data or Wi-Fi. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Purchases and external web services
When offered through Google Play, subscriptions use Google Play Billing. The app receives product and purchase information, verifies signed purchase information locally and acknowledges eligible purchases through Play. Native app code does not collect payment card details.
For a primary Russian phone language or a Google Play price in RUB, the app can open an external web purchase flow. The external service receives the app package identifier, language, IP address and normal browser connection information. Information you enter in that website, a checkout or a banking application is handled by the relevant service. Its displayed seller information, privacy terms and checkout terms apply.
The web flow can use these hosts: pay.vsezapravki.com, pay.pctorg.ru, pay.skidki-taxi.ru, pay.daemux.com, pay.pay-bonus.com, pay.noor-apps.com, pay.botlayer.ai, pay.calai.us, pay.daemux.ai. Checkout may also open payment providers, including payment.wata.pro, or your chosen banking application. The main panel uses cookies and web storage; third-party cookies are allowed for external checkout pages where needed for payment continuity. These providers determine their own cookies and payment records. Closing a page does not necessarily erase them.
Local storage, retention and deletion
The app stores your appearance preferences, onboarding progress and VPN installation credentials locally. WebViews can store cookies, cached content and website storage. App backup is disabled and app preferences and files are excluded from device transfer. Local app data remains until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it, subject to Android’s storage behavior.
Clearing storage, uninstalling or disconnecting does not automatically delete records held by VPN infrastructure, Google or a payment provider, and does not cancel a subscription. Provider records follow their own retention policies and applicable obligations. For information about VPN infrastructure retention or to request access or deletion, contact testbatumyalcinn@gmail.com. There is no in-app control that remotely erases those records. Do not send private keys or authentication tokens with your request.
If you email support, your email address and the information you choose to include are used to handle your request. Avoid including unrelated sensitive information.
This support website
These support pages are served by Google Firebase Hosting. They contain no analytics scripts, forms or advertising trackers. The hosting provider processes network request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website under its service and privacy rules.
Permissions, protection and changes
Android VPN permission is requested before a tunnel is established. Notification permission controls whether Android can show app notifications. Service requests use HTTPS, and the VPN tunnel uses WireGuard. No method provides an absolute security guarantee.
Updates to this policy appear on this page with a revised date. Revisit it when app features or the services you use change.
