These terms cover use of the Happ Plus: VPN Android application. Read the privacy policy to understand its information handling.
Using the VPN
Happ Plus: VPN provides WireGuard VPN connections through available free and premium server locations. Android asks for VPN permission before a connection is established. You can disconnect from the app. Availability, routing, latency and speed depend on your network, the selected server and other service providers.
A VPN is not a guarantee of anonymity, uninterrupted access or protection against every threat. Keep using HTTPS and protect your accounts and device. Use the service lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not use it for fraud, unauthorized access, abuse of networks or other unlawful activity.
Subscriptions and prices
Premium locations require a valid subscription. When available through Google Play, the standard reference prices are 10 USD per week, 30 USD per month and 100 USD per year, with no free trial. The actual available product, local currency, taxes, renewal period and final price are shown in Google Play before you confirm. An unavailable plan cannot be purchased from the native app.
Google Play subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play. Uninstalling the app does not cancel them. Manage cancellation and applicable refund requests through Google Play’s subscription tools and relevant Play rules. The app’s restore action checks existing eligible Play purchases; it does not create a new purchase.
External web offers
The app can display an external web flow for a primary Russian phone language or a Google Play price in RUB. The web service controls its own offers, prices, currencies and checkout. Review the seller, renewal, cancellation, refund and privacy information shown there before paying. An external web purchase is not managed by Google Play’s subscription controls. Contact the seller or payment provider identified in that checkout for its transaction records and payment support.
Service changes and support
Available locations and app features may change for maintenance, security or service availability. The app does not promise a particular speed or access to a particular third-party website. Any rights that apply under consumer law remain available.
